  • Unhealthy Fats: Not all fats are created equally. Skip the mayonnaise, processed oils, etc.
  • ‘Low-Fat’ Foods: These foods are highly processed and typically unhealthy.

What Foods Can I Eat on the Keto Diet?

Wondering what you should actually put in your cart at the grocery store? Most meats are okay, but remember this is a high-fat diet, not a high-protein diet. Fish is particularly good as long as it is not breaded. Eggs and high-fat dairy products are great to add to your diet. Any vegetable that grows above ground, such as zucchini or cabbage, is fair game as well. Both nuts and berries are okay to snack on.
